Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Service Cancellation Policy
- Customers can cancel our services at any time, but refund policies will apply accordingly.
- To request a cancellation, customers must contact us via email at adawataar@gmail.com.
- If the service has already started or has been completed, no refund will be issued.
2. Refund Policy
(A) Service-Based Refund Policy
✅ Meta Ads & Sales Funnel Services:
- If the customer cancels before the service begins, a 100% refund will be provided.
- If the service is partially completed, a partial refund of up to 50% may be granted.
- If the service is fully completed, no refund will be issued.
✅ Online Training & One-on-One Consulting:
- Payments made for training programs are non-refundable after access has been granted.
- If a customer cancels a one-on-one consulting session at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, they may reschedule or receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be issued for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
3. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
- Any payment processing charges deducted by CashFree or other payment gateways will not be refunded.
