Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Service Cancellation Policy

  • Customers can cancel our services at any time, but refund policies will apply accordingly.
  • To request a cancellation, customers must contact us via email at adawataar@gmail.com.
  • If the service has already started or has been completed, no refund will be issued.

2. Refund Policy

(A) Service-Based Refund Policy

Meta Ads & Sales Funnel Services:

  • If the customer cancels before the service begins, a 100% refund will be provided.
  • If the service is partially completed, a partial refund of up to 50% may be granted.
  • If the service is fully completed, no refund will be issued.

Online Training & One-on-One Consulting:

  • Payments made for training programs are non-refundable after access has been granted.
  • If a customer cancels a one-on-one consulting session at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, they may reschedule or receive a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

3. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
  • Any payment processing charges deducted by CashFree or other payment gateways will not be refunded.
